The metaphor is "drunk with fatigue". The relates to me because I tend to stay up late and a night owl. This affects me in the morning as being groggy, tired, and fatigue-full. (is that a word?)
The idea for this one is to have a beer bottle filled with Z's. The Z's stand for the "Zzz..." that is associated with sleeping.
